Property Perfect
Property Perfect Public Company Limited is a major Thailand developer of detached home estates, townhouses, and condominiums. It also manages commercial and retail space, clubhouses, resorts and hotels. Founded in 1985 by the Maneeya Estate group in 1993, it was registered as a public company and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The company was severely impacted by the financial crisis and Baht devaluation of 1997 and underwent debt restructuring. At the end of 2017, the company had paid up capital of THB 8.6678 billion and over one thousand employees.
Among its featured brands are Bella Costa, iCondo, Metro Luxe, Metro Park and The Lake low-rise condominiums, Metro Sky, Metro Luxe Sky and The Sky high-rise condominiums, Uniloft premium student dormitories, The Metro and Modi Villa Townhome townhouses, and Maneerin Lake & Park, Modi Villa, Perfect Masterpiece, Perfect Park, Perfect Place and Perfect Residence detached homes
At the end of 2017, 65 projects were under development. Including 15 launched in 2017 and 25 in 2018. A joint venture was formed with Sumitomo Forestry Co. Ltd. to develop the luxury Hyde Heritage Thonglor condominium. Other projects include two office buildings, One Pacific Place and Two Pacific Place, located near BTS Nana station, and a hotel and resort business owned by Kiroro Resort in Japan.

As at the end of 2017, total company assets were THB 47.429 billion. Total 2017 revenue was THB 16.731 billion, a 7.6% increase over 2016. Net 2017 income was THB 316 million, a profit margin of 1.89%. Net 2017 income per share was THB 0.076. Company debentures at the end of 2017 totaled THB 2.943 billion. Property Perfect was rated BB+ / Stable by Tris Rating Co., Ltd.
