Verde has been designed in an architectural style reflecting traditional 19th century buildings in the Kensington area of London. Special attention has been given to the scale of the building to allow for maximum privacy, light penetration and cross-ventilation.
The accommodation areas in the building have been divided in to North and South wings with a maximum of 5 units per floor. There is an option to combine units to make three- and four-bedroom layouts.
A great deal of thought has gone into the ensuring the practicality of the development, for example by installing an innovative weather-controlled (rain sensitive) Somfy shutter system to protect corridors from water and wind when the weather turns.
