PITI Sukhumvit 101

The tagline of PITI Sukhumvit 101 is ‘Private Living At Your Service’. This concept is encapsulated by low density living, exceptional residents’ services and a convenient location, just 350 metres from Punnawithi BTS Station in one of Bangkok’s fastest-growing residential areas.

Completed in August 2022, PITI Sukhumvit 101 comprises only 168 FREEHOLD condominium units in a single tower of 19-floors with a separate facility building of 2-floors. There are 92 mechanical parking spaces, including EV charging, making an above average ratio of 55% of parking lots to condominium units. Car parking spaces are not for sale separately and are available to residents on a first-come first-served basis.
PITI Sukhumvit 101 has been constructed on a land plot of just over 1 Rai, or just under half an acre in size, and directly overlooks the main Sukhumvit Road.

The Thai developer behind PITI Sukhumvit 101 is Sena Development. The company was originally incorporated in 1993 as Krungthep Keha Group Co., Ltd. In 2009, it was renamed Sena Development Public Co. Ltd. and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. A subsidiary develops and installs solar energy systems and PITI Sukhumvit 101 incorporates significant energy-saving features in its design.
