Investors can expect a 5-6% rental yield and higher than average capital growth prospects due to the extensive infrastructure developments in the Lat Phrao area.
A reservation fee of THB100,000 is required upon confirmation of purchase. Thereafter a first deposit of 15% less the reservation fee is required by the developer within 14 days of reservation. The Sales & Purchase Agreement is also prepared for signature at this time. A further 15% deposit is required by the developer within 60 days of reservation. 150 metres indoor walk from NUE Noble Ratchada Lat Phrao is Lat Phrao Station Exit 4 on the existing MRT Blue Line. The Blue Line runs in a circle around Bangkok from Tha Phra to Lak Song via Bang Sue, Phra Ram 9 and Hua Lamphong serving 38 stations.
