Underpayment terms of NUE Epic Asok-Rama9, a booking fee of THB 100,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.
Afterward, within 14 days of paying the booking fee, a 15% deposit payment is due along with the signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), with the booking fee amount deducted from this payment. An additional 15% payment is required within 60 days of the initial deposit. The final 70% payment is due upon completion of the project in July 2028.
