A booking fee of between THB 40,000 and THB 100,000 depending on the size of the unit is required as soon as possible to reserve. 

Deposit payment terms for AP developments are among the lowest in the industry. After the booking fee is paid a 12% deposit is required to be paid to AP within 30 days and a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. Final payment of the 88% remaining is not required until transfer of ownership at the end of 2026.
