Purchase Procedure
Purchasing your apartment at Palace Wharf is simple and straightforward with a booking fee of GBP5,000 payable to reserve your unit.
A 10% deposit (minus your booking fee) is payable upon exchange of contracts (signing the sales and purchase agreement) within 21 days of booking. The balance of 90% is payable upon completion which usually happens shortly after exchange.
